1- Warranty covers the descent of the mattress more than 3cm, as less than 3cm, the sagging is considered normal.
2- Warranty covers faulty materials such as:
• Broken, burst, or bent coils (in innerspring or hybrid mattresses)
• Seams coming undone or breaking
• Significant bunching (common in foam mattresses)
• Broken or torn mattress handles
3- Warranty does not cover mattresses that are placed on unsupportive foundation such as spring bases or baseboard with damaged or broken wood.
4- Warranty does not cover the damage resulting from misuse, such as:
• Stains and wetness
• Tearing of the fabric
• Poor storage
• Fire and humidity
5- Warranty does not cover the failure to flip or rotate the mattress every three months, to ensure the body’s balance.
