Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping Options: Available upon request for an additional charge.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over SAR 350.
  • For orders under SAR 350, a nominal fee of 25 SAR applied.

Order Tracking:

  • We provide a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Return Policy

All goods except mattresses

Our terms for the shipping, return and exchange policy will be summarized as follows:

Customers have the right to exchange or return the product, if they do not want the product or if there is an error, according to the following conditions:

Return Period: Customers have 3 days from the date of receipt to return the product.

Exchange Period: Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to exchange the product.

The product must be in its original, unused condition with the original packaging.

Contact our customer service representative and provide them with your order number.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

For Tabby & Tamara payments, refunds can be processed through their respective platforms.

In case of exchange or return, the customer will not bear any shipping fees if the reason for the exchange or return is damage resulting from the storage and shipping process or a manufacturing defect. If the reason for the return or exchange is that the product is not in line with the customer's preferences or has not been received by the customer, it is necessary to pay a shipping fee of 25 SR.

Products will be delivered to the customer within 3-5 working days.

If the product is not in its original condition upon return, it will be reshipped to the customer at their expense, including all shipping and reshipping costs.

Customers who order online and pick up from a branch will not be charged shipping fees for returns or exchanges.

If the shipment is returned due to non-receipt from the customer, it will be reshipped with additional fees or the amount will be returned after deducting the shipping fees.

If the customer requests an exchange, the exchange amount will be according to the purchase price based on the invoice date.

If the desired product is unavailable for any reason, the company has the right to offer a replacement at the same or a higher price, provided that the customer pays the price difference.

The product's color may differ between the site and the actual goods by no more than 10% due to lighting and photography.

All products are subject to return and exchange except (for health reasons) such as:

Bathrobes, towels, quilts, bed sheets, pillows and pillow covers, mattresses and pillow protectors, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Our store is not responsible for any invoice after one month of its issuance.

Mattresses

Our terms for the shipping, return and exchange policy will be summarized as follows:

Customers have the right to exchange or return mattresses, if they do not want them or if there is an error, according to the following conditions:

Return Period: Customers have 3 days from the date of receipt to return the mattress.

Exchange Period: Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to exchange the mattress.

The mattress must be in its original, unused condition with the original packaging.

If the customer wishes to return the mattress, he must pay the return shipping cost of 250 SR.

The mattress will be delivered to the customer within 7 working days.

Our delivery services extend to all major cities and substations.

Mattresses come with a warranty that outlines the policy, conditions, and warranty period, as specified in the warranty certificate.

The mattress cannot be returned or exchanged after the packaging has been removed or opened.

Mattresses with special sizes, specifications, details or the like will not be returned or exchanged.

The customer must sign the receipt of the goods, as this is his acknowledgment of the safety of the product.

Shipping is free for mattresses to major cities, but if the address is in a non-major city, the customer can choose to ship to a major city and receive the mattress without the need to add any shipping fees to it.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN): Contact our customer service at  supportsa@housetex.com or call +966 53 997 7469
  2. Pack Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box to ensure safe return transportation.
  3. Label Your Package: Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship It Back to Us: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, or the incorrect item was sent. Kindly co-ordinate with our customer service team by email supportsa@housetex.com or call +966 53 997 7469 to schedule a return.
