The warranty covers faulty materials such as:
• Broken, burst, or bent coils (in innerspring or hybrid mattresses).
• Seams coming undone or breaking.
• Significant bunching (common in foam mattresses).
• Broken or torn mattress handles.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover mattresses that are placed on unsupportive foundation such as spring bases or baseboards with damaged or broken wood.

Damage Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover the damage resulting from misuse, such as:
• Stains and wetness.
• Tearing of the fabric.
• Poor storage.
• Fire and humidity.

Maintenance Requirement:
The warranty does not cover the failure to flip or rotate the mattress every three months, to ensure the body’s balance.
